We have 2 commission programs to choose from:

* 70/30 split. NO monthly office fees. Once our 30% reaches $14,000, you can go right to the 100% plan. Can your broker do that? You must qualify for this program, but that's easy! We can also tailor this program to suit your needs, we are flexible!

* 100% Plan. It's basically what it says! We can explain further!

We also have fantastic incentives to join our offices. While we have grown each and every year, we realize the need to keep attracting solid, productive agents who want to further their business and make more money.
