Jim has been a top real estate producer since he was licensed in 1988. He currently holds his brokers license in three states, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Since purchasing RE/MAX Wilmington with his business partner, Bruce White Jr., in 1993, Jim has consistently been one of the top-producing agents in the system. He serves mostly New Castle County, DE and Chester County, PA. Dealing in residential sales and relocation.

Jim very much enjoys spending time off with his family. Traveling to sporting events with the children is a weekly adventure. In his personal time, Jim is an avid ice hockey player and golfer. Both sports that he has enjoyed for over 30 years.

DAVE TAYLOR, Realtor

Dave has been a licensed member of the team since April of 2003. He specializes in listing and selling in the greater Wilmington area. Dave brings a vast knowledge of the banking industry with a previous career at Wilmington Trust and Commerce Bank. In his time off, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and playing various sports, including tennis, golf and fishing. He takes pride in helping clients achieve all their real estate goals.
