Jim has been a top real estate producer since he was licensed in 1988. He currently holds his broker license in three states, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Since purchasing RE/MAX Wilmington with his partner in 1993, Jim has consistently been one of the top-producing agents in the system. He serves mostly New Castle County and Chester County, PA. Dealing in residential sales and relocation.
